Our History

Founded in 1991, Mall Vision Center, LLC is a locally owned and operated Cape Cod business. Owner/Doctor Wendy Leslie and her staff of professionals offer state of the art vision care to their patients. Conveniently located behind the Cape Cod Mall, the vision center is easily accessible from Routes 6, 28 or 132, is close to the airport, and is on the B-Bus route.

Dr. Wendy Leslie is committed to providing quality care to her patients. Comprehensive eye exams include a dilation, glaucoma check and an extensive check of the retina and optic nerve. Dr. Leslie is licensed to treat eye infections and injuries. She is on site most days and will give priority to emergencies. The practice being located in a vacation area, Dr. Leslie realizes the importance of, and is committed to, accommodating travelers who have either lost their contacts or lost or broke their glasses.

Mall Vision Center participates in the following insurance plans: Medicare, Medicaid, Pilgrim, Tufts, HMO Blue, Childrens, Tricare/Champus, USFHP@ Brighton Marine, BMC HealthNet & VSP.
The doctor fits both hard and soft contact lenses as well as colored contacts. She can treat dry eye syndrome with the insertion of Punctal Plugs.
Mall Vision Center is open Monday through Saturday and will accommodate walk-ins based on the current day's schedule.
